The Elite model can be assembled in the dipping mode at a height of 40″ which is also useful for Australian pull ups (aka horizontal bar rows – Lay under the unit ,leaving the feet on the floor while pulling up the upper half of the body).
For those who can’t manage a regular pull up, its a great “progression” to gain strength and eventually master pull ups.
