The cord at the Handle rotates the center strap 90deg. so that the webbing strap lays flat over your upper arm when doing push-ups. this is a feature many of the competitors lack! No more webbing strap edges digging into your upper arms.

Rubber Sleeve Grips (with extra strong cores) and 1st Grade US Military webbing make this the most durable suspension trainer on the market. This Trainer comes with two adjustable cambuckles on a 1-1/2″ webbing to easily adjust the length of the straps, depending on the exercise. The handles come with soft foot loops for comfortable support of your feet for certain exercises.
This system also comes with four different anchor systems for maximum versatility:

One 8 ft. Anywhere-Anchor Cambuckle Strap with built in Door Anchor – a fantastic all-around anchor with the ability to fast (1 cambuckle) adjust the height of your work-out. It attaches to any vertical or horizontal fixture including tree trunks, branches, overhead beams, or even doors.
One Military Strap with a Built-in Door Anchor- perfect for tree trunk and branches, doors, open beams. One Double-Loop Anchor Strap – perfect for bars and beams. One Door-Anchor – perfect for indoor door, fast to attach, no long strap hanging down. You also receive a drawstring bag to store your workout system after your workout.
